You may recall when Kona and I met our new friend "Mini" Cooper in December. Well, it's been exactly 6 weeks since we've had the chance to get together, and it was high time. We met up with Cooper and his Mom at a local park this morning and we were so happy to see them again!
Cooper is doing fantastic, and seems to be adjusting wonderfully to his new, loving family. They were able to find a food he loves and he has managed to put on 7 lbs! That's awesome for a little guy who weighed in at just 27 lbs. the last time we saw him. His coat is healthy and shiny, and he looks like he has a smile on his face as he cruises around the park now. He is making great progress! Of course he is still a little guy compared to jumbo sized Kona, but they enjoyed each other's company thoroughly. Kona tried to engage Cooper in some playing, but Cooper seemed most content to play follow the leader. There is certainly nothing wrong with that 
As Cooper's confidence builds, I'm sure his interest in playing will too. Until then, we'll just continue to give him the space and time he needs, and enjoy watching him bloom.

What a cutie! How could anyone have dumped him? I'm glad he is getting a new start!
