Big Sky Country

The girls returned Wednesday from a week long visit to Montana. They had a fantastic time visiting family in the Helena area, and for two "big city girls" it was quite a pleasant change of pace.

Here are just a few of the over 600 pictures they took while they were there. (They take after their Mom when it comes to taking pictures!)

The Capitol building in Helena
One of the lakes they visited
Pickle ready for some tubing
Pickle and Bear relaxing after some fun in the boat
Pickle doing her best impression of Tarzan
Some of the beautiful mountain scenery
A place called the "Gates of the Mountains"
Uncle Neil, Pickle, Grandpa "B", Grandma "B" and Bear
Driving along the Missouri River from Helena to Great Falls
Trying on some "authentic" outfits at the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center
Bear and Pickle at Giant Springs, a fish hatchery near Great Falls, and one of my favorite places from my childhood.
Some of the awesome wildlife they saw - this trio was in a neighbor's front yard, eating apples off her tree
A view of the "Sleeping Giant" - can you see it in the background? His head is in the center of the picture, his chest is to the left.
