Insomnia

It's 1:37am and I am wide awake.

I hate this.

I have things to do in just a few short hours, and yet here I am, unable to rest. This is getting to be a habit - a bad habit. I've really got to get to the bottom of what's keeping me awake. I know it's more than Hubby's snoring.

I need to turn my brain off.

Sounds easy enough, doesn't it? I wish.

(now it's 3:40am, and I'm still awake....peachy.)

I am sure you will sort out your busy brain ... eventually.
Try doing more exercise late at night so you are really tired when you go to bed? Might help.
