Now, in an attempt to catch you up on what I've been doing - I'll share a few photos of the last couple of days with you.
Never a dull moment...that's for sure.
Monday was Dad's birthday. He would have been 84.
I've been doing lots of fun stuff with the dogs, both with my Love on a Leash group, and my Golden group.Temptation...
We've received some very touching memorial gifts from our friends, including this plaque from Jill and Jeremy.
Someone sent this to me anonomously. Pretty cool, but I wish I knew who to thank.
And of course we've been missing Jack. My friend Teresa and her Mom, Pat, had this pillow made for me. I just love it! That's my boy!

Dear Sue,
Thanks for sharing and continuing to post on your blog: it's a special treasure to be able to follow your life in this way.
I loved your 'Zoom room' (all the pics on FB) and so wish there was something like that in South Africa. Golden-opoly is also on my Christmas wish list - thanks for introducing it to me.
My thoughts are always with you as you remember your loved ones - especially your Dad's birthday, and also as you treasure you memorabilia of Jack - what a special dog he was and always will be!
(BTW, I love your 'KONA' sweater):)
Sending lots of love to the "busy one"... :)

Oh gosh, Sue, every time I see a post or FB item about your sweet Papa my heart just twists in my chest. I am so sorry he is not here with you anymore. So, so sorry. I loved your relationship so much. Same goes for Jack boy. I can't wait to see you and hug you. It's been too long!!!
Oh, and don't feel bad about neglecting your blog. Laura said that you just have to be in a certain state of mind to blog, and I think that's true. It's different for everyone. I sometimes go months in between!
