A Special Little Girl and a Special Need

A-Z Mondays- The Foodie Version! "X" is for X-Rated Fusion!

"X Rated Fusion Liquer" is a blend of ultra-premium French vodka and rich blood oranges, mingling with mangos and passion fruit.

It is, to say the least, yummy! A friend of mine introduced me to this a few years back when she brought a bottle to our Halloween party. It was BIG hit.

Just a little over some ice on a hot summer afternoon, and ooh-la-la!

A New Park

The other night we got to check out a dog new park. It was a little bit of a drive, but it was well worth it.

We got to play with our friends... ...get a nice cool drink from a fountain....

...hang out with some new faces....

and all in all have a good time.

We like those kinds of evenings!

A New Chauffer

It looks as if I have a new chauffeur.

I've heard of "Driving Miss Daisy"...but I've never heard of "Miss Harley Drives Me!" She looks pretty comfy behind the wheel though...
**And just by the way, in case you were wondering...my training for the 3 Day walk is coming along S L O W right now because I'm still fighting a stinkin head cold. I've been walking as much as I can without pushing myself too hard. I figure anything is better than nothing. Hopefully I'll be able to shake the rest of the lingering tickle cough and get pounding the pavement big-time soon!**

At it Again!

Our awesome friend Judy and her Super SURFice dog Ricochet are at it again, making miracles happen.

Here's what Judy had to say about her new video:

"Here's a new video of Ricochet surfing with Ian, a six year old boy who suffered a brain injury in a horrific car accident that claimed the lives of his parents. Ian used to surf with his dad, but after the injury was somewhat scared to get back on a surfboard. This video shows how Ricochet turned his fear into excitement. She also raised over $7000 for his rehabilitation. Some say kleenex is needed again... what do you think?!"
